Machine-readable procurement

Agentic Procurement

Procurement infrastructure for humans and AI agents. NetROQ publishes industrial RFQs as structured, machine-readable opportunities — designed to be read by people, search engines and, increasingly, AI systems.

Available today

Machine-readable access that already works, with no integration required:

Public RFQ pages

Every published RFQ has one canonical, server-rendered, indexable URL.

Structured sourcing data

Part number, description, quantity, unit, manufacturer and deadline per line item.

Atom feed

Newly published public RFQs at /feed/rfq.xml, with conditional-request support.

Sitemap

Every indexable RFQ and market page at /sitemap.xml.

llms.txt and llms-full.txt

A published description of what is public and what is not.

Public data contract

Buyer identities, private offers and negotiation content are never public.

Designed for what's next

NetROQ is designed to support deeper AI-driven procurement workflows in the future. The following capabilities are not currently available:

Agent-ready RFQ search and retrieval

Structured querying of sourcing opportunities beyond public page and feed access.

Secure authenticated access for AI assistants

Permissioned, auditable access tied to a real account rather than anonymous reading.

Buyer and supplier workflow integrations

Connecting sourcing tools to the RFQ and quotation lifecycle, with people approving every commercial decision.

Structured, permissioned interfaces for procurement automation

Interfaces built around permissions, auditability and human approval first.

These are design directions, not released features, and no availability date is implied.

What agentic procurement means

AI procurement agents and sourcing assistants can only act on data they can actually read. Most industrial demand still lives in email threads, PDFs and portals no machine can parse.

NetROQ turns each request for quotation into a structured record with a stable public address, so AI systems can discover and interpret public sourcing opportunities and their structured line-item data.

Buyers and suppliers keep control of every commercial decision. Publishing, quoting, negotiating and awarding remain human actions inside NetROQ.
