## About
NetROQ is a global B2B industrial procurement platform. It connects industrial buyers and manufacturing suppliers through structured Requests for Quotation (RFQs), competitive offers, and awards.

## Public entities

- **Locale landings** — /ar, /at, /au, /ca, /ch, /cn, /de, /en, /it, /jp, /kg, /kz, /sg, /tr, /uk, /us, /uz. Each is a distinct indexable surface with hreflang alternates.
- **Public RFQ detail pages** — Live at https://netroq.com/rfq/{publicCode}: server-rendered, indexable, one canonical URL per published RFQ. Visible to anonymous visitors under a status-scoped access policy. The complete list is in the sitemap.
- **RFQ feed** — https://netroq.com/feed/rfq.xml: public Atom feed of newly published RFQs with conditional-request support.

## Data classes
- **Public**: RFQ titles, categories, markets, countries, published status, high-level descriptions.
- **Authenticated**: aggregated supplier counts, favorite state.
- **Buyer-only / Supplier-only**: offers, messages, private attachments, negotiation history.
- **Internal**: verification tokens, admin logs, moderation state.
Buyer PII and private offer content are never exposed publicly.

## Discoverability contract
- Canonical host: https://netroq.com
- All leaf routes emit one `<link rel="canonical">`.
- Locale routes emit hreflang alternates plus `x-default` → `/`.
- Crawl policy: public surfaces are open to all crawlers; authentication flows, account deletion, internal APIs and workspaces are disallowed.
- Structured data: Organization + WebSite sitewide; CollectionPage or WebPage per leaf; BreadcrumbList where a breadcrumb trail exists.
- Public Atom feed for RFQ discovery at /feed/rfq.xml.

## Machine-readable access
- Available today: public RFQ detail pages, the Atom RFQ feed, the sitemap, and these llms files. No authentication or integration is required to read them.
- Not available: MCP server, agent API, authenticated agent access, and any write access for AI agents. Publishing RFQs, submitting offers and awarding remain human actions inside the application.
